I don't wanna grow up :(

After writing my last post I started thinking: "Wow I'm actually graduating next year. What if I'm not gonna make it? What if I fail? Or if I can't get in on the shcool I want and have to take a job at McD? :O"

Then I remembered this song:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPSp2seoIbc

... and I thought: "It's gonna be fine. You are gonna be just fine. Relax and enjoy your summer vacation now. You are gonna have a great life"

I like to think that one day I'm gonna get out of this tiny country and experience the world. Maybe it won't be for the following two or five years. Maybe ten. But someday I'm gonna do something for myself, and I'm gonna enjoy it to the maximum. I've always wanted to see the world and live in another country. I've always thought like California, but now I think I really wanna live in London. IDK...

What do you wanna do with your life? Any exciting plans? I would love to hear about them :D

I'M JUST A KID

A Simple Plan official music video, are you kidding me?!? OMG!!!!

Just kidding. But it had to happen eventually. I've been talking so much about Simple Plan here on my blog that I just had to write about one of their videos.

I'm just a kid is the first Simple Plan song I heard, and I loved it instantly <3 <3 <3 See 3 hearts :D Haha, but uhm yeah. This video is fun and totally relevant. Yesterday I saw the whole first season of Awkward, and it just kinda reminded me of this song (don't ask).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GOR5gvQwDI

So I told you guys I would be updating everyday now until I go to Iceland, and I forgot it yesterday. I'm sorry, but not all that sorry. Yesterday I got my grades, so I was kinda nervous all day (I could first see them at six PM!!!). I must say, that it looks pretty good. Could have been better, but could have been ALOT worse!!! I'm do better in some of the subjects I was shit at in the first half of the year, so I'm happy. I even got two grades higher than last time in history :D (maybe it has something to do with our new teacher...?)

English is still my best subject (top grades), and that's good because that is what I wanna study when I graduate. English and Spanish.

Si :D

My Chemical Romance: The Dead Mic

Time for another interview. On YouTube it's called "THE CUTEST MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE INTERVIEW YOU WILL EVER SEE ", and yeah, the title is kinda fitting :P

So... It's an interview by AP (Alternative Press) and it's (suprisingly enough) about the dead mic they have at their shows. If you don't know what a dead mic is, they tell you in the video.

And that is basicly what they talk about: What they use the dead mic for, and then a funny story or something involving the dead mic. Everyone in the band use, like, 30 seconds or so to tell their story, and in the end Mike Pedicone (former drummer) and James Dewees (keybords) tell their story. Now, James and Mike are not officially in My Chemical Romance, they play (played) with the band on stage (like Jason White who has been touruíng with Green day since 1999).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ckkpy1VhUms

I think this interview is good because the guys really act like themselves. They goof around and they laugh, and there are no interviewers (or, of cause there is an interviewer, we just don't see or hear him/her).

My favorite part is when Ray (lead guitarist, curly afro-like hair) tells his story. Really funny :D

Any favorite interview or band you want me to check out? Don't be afraid to leave a comment :)

This is too wierd

This day has been amazingly wierd.

It all started with an e-mail from Twitter. It said that William Beckett is now following me!!!!! ME! Wiliam Becket!!!! OMG. I think I'm having a heart attack <3 <3 <3 <3

Then I got a friend request on FaceBook from someone named Emilie Bach. AND THAT'S MY NAME!!!!! I't the exact same name :O

Then I looked on her FaceBook page and saw that her taste in music is just like mine.

Then I saw one of her pictures:

She thought it was her, but it's me. ME!!! I'm the number one All Time Low Fan in the whole world  this week according to Fanzy. This was posted on the band's official FaceBook page :D

The I saw some of the comments on the picture she posted. Someone named Gitte Bach had commented. My mother's name is Gitte Bach!!!

The comment this Gitte Bach posted was a question. "How is Denmark? we miss you"
DENMARK!!!! This means this Emilie girl is living here in Denmark, and I might actually have a tiny chance to meet her :O

As said before: This is too wierd...

I'm back :D

For the past couple of days I haven't been posting due to my studying for my religion eksam. I'm sorry if you've waited. But everything is over now. Today was my last exsam and it went okay; could have gone better and could have gone way worse.

So since I don't have to read and study anymore, and my summer vacation has finally, officially started I have time to post more exciting and frequent posts here on my beloved blog.
Hehe. When I tell people that I update almost everyday the look at me like I'm crazy. I just like this so much that I can't not post. It's kind of a eveyday stress release for me - even if nobody is actually reading it...

But starting tomorrow you will have better posts :)

Okay, nice to talk to you. Goodbye for now.

DAMNED IF I DO YA (DA IF I DON'T)

Due to the All Time Low fit I'm having right now I will have Damned If I Do Ya (Damned If I Don't) as my Friday music video.

Please; enjoy:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRTq_6jY_KM

I have never yelled this much of a music video as I have with this one. On this point I can be like my friend who can't shut up when she's watching a movie. I yell of Alex who is an irrogant bastard in this video, I yell at Jack who hits Alex, I yell at the talkshow host just because I don't like her, I yell at the school teacher for being so irresponsible, I whimper when I see Sach lying uncontious on the floor, I cheer when I see Rian beat the shit out of those drums ( ;P ), and I coo when Alex and the teacher kiss in the end just because it is a little sweet and just because I CAN'T HELP IT PEOPLE. I CAN'T HELP IT !!!

Brilliant music video - super fun. And great song - I especially like the drums in this song - but now when I think about it, Rian is a special drummer. I can't really compare him other drummers because his style is so unique. I love that!!!!!

What is your favorite All Time Low song? Please make me happy and leave a comment :D

INTERVIEW: BBC radio 1 The Story of My Chemical Romance

Some time ago I told you I would post some interviews that I like. This will be the the first.

A radio interview of the guys - or kind of a story telling of their lives. Anyway, it's really cool and I don't think you can find another interview where they tell so much about their backgroud.

The interview consists of two parts. A part with the band and a speaker, telling the story of My Chemical Romance, and a part with a fan who gets to meet Gerard and Mikey and interview them.

Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mm9KtO9tAMc&feature=related

Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrTd7n_lmng&feature=relmfu

Part 3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lmw3znrDl48&feature=relmfu

Part 4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSynzKR2L5s&feature=relmfu

Part 5: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdiM6TCjHZQ&feature=relmfu

Part 6: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToLq3bkAU7g&feature=relmfu

Leave a comment and tell me who your favorite band or artist is. I might (or probably will) do a review of an interview with them

SMOOTH CRIMINAL

I didn't post yesterday, did I? I'm sorry. The days are flowing by, and I don't know which day is what... I can't complaine though, I'm (sort of) relaxing at home, studying for my religion exam. Now, I have to tell you that religion is my least favorite subject (people who are following me on twitter will know that...) , not because of the subject, but because of the teacher. I'm not the only one in my class with this oppinion. The major part of us agrees that after ten minutes we are all lost. Our teacher explaines the homework so complicated that if you actually already understood it while reading the homework, you will not understand it when he explaines it to you the following day...

But this blog is not supposed to be me complaining about school - though it is rather nice to do so - it is about music (and if you haven't already figured that out, I must say you are a dumbass. You are probably really nice and all, but you are a dumbass...).

If I look at my calender - and yes, I have to do that - I can see that it is saturday, and I forgot music-video-Friday. Oh my!

I will give it to you now, I promise :D

I looooooooove this song. Smooth Criminal by this man himself -Michael Jackson!!!! You know it.

Michael Jackson - Smooth Criminal

This video is so simple, but soooooooooooooo brilliant made. I absolutly LOVE the dancing. It's kinda musical-like - just the way it should be! I love musicals - live, on TV, on the internet, EVERYTHING. I love everything about them. For a very long time now I've wanted to be in a musical. I can't sing - at least not very well, I know that - but I can dance. I'm kinda the dancer of my drama team.

It goes like this: You don't have to audition to be a part of the team, and every year at the end of the season we do a performance of a show we put together. The whole season we come up with ideas for this show. We create the charactors our self, so everyone can join in, and noone has to be a better actor, because the person you play is originally from your heart. You can form and create thit person however you want.
Of cause someone is better at performing and acting than others. And it is the people who comes up with the most useable ideas who gets the biggest parts.
But the good thing about it is that you can be good at anything, and your talent can be used.
We have musicians, singers, comedians (?), (more visable then others) actors, and (people like me) dancers. Last year I had a whole solo dance that I made up myself! That was big for me. Usually my drama teachers go to me, when we need a dance or a psysical act, so that is really cool :)

Of cause I'm not as good a dancer as Michael. I only dance in my sparetime, but I have been told by a professional dancer that I'm good. She asked me if I did any professional dancing and that she was impressed when she saw me dance ;)

But that's like two years ago...

So now I've told you about my drama team. Hope it left you a little interested. You can always ask me any questions if you want. I will always anwser :)

This Is The End Of Control

I listened to that album 3 times today!!!!!! It's just that good. Cherri Bomb all the way.

I didn't buy the album because you can't do that in Denmark, but instead I went on YouTube. What else? I'm not too comfortable with buying stuff on the internet. I don't trust it.

I'm really surprised by this albut. Usually a band's first album is not as good as their later albums will be, but I think This Is The End Of Control is one of the best album ever. EVER!

I'm sorry for my posts lately. They haven't been that exiting, or long. It's only bacause I'm studying for my excams right now. Next one, religion, is less then two weeks away. I'm really nervous for it. So now you know why I haven't been focused on the blog. When my summer vacation officially starts you will get kick-ass posts. And speaking of summer-vacation, I'm off to Iceland for three whole weeks with my drama team, so no posts there. But I will tell you more about that later.

Sexy time with Green Day

So I don't know how many of you have seen Green Day live - I haven't, but I'm looking forward to the day they will stop by Denmark.

This video is from a concert in Melbourne in 2009, and they're performimng King For a Day, and let's just say that thing get crazy.

I think Billie Joe kinda likes to show his pale arse on stage. I love the part where Tré is being carried by the strippers. So funny :D

HURRICANE

I realizes that I forgot it was Friday last Friday - and to that you probably ask: HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU FORGET THAT IS IT FRIDAY, THE BEST DAY OF THE WEEK?!? You see. I don't go to school right now. We had our last day of shcool some weeks ago, and now we have to study for our exsams at home. My final exsam is in 15 days... Oh God.

But to make up for the forgotten Friday, and for not posting yesterday, I give you one of my favorite music videos. It's 30 Seconds to Mars' Hurricane. And we can just face it; no matter how much effort you out into it, you will never make a better video than this one.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RLwuDQSkDI

Amazed?

Me too.

It's not just a good story, it's fantasticly well made, great storyline, Jared Leto with no shirt on, great scenes, Jared Leto with no shirt on, amazing song, Jared Leto with no shirt on, awesome music, and oh god JARED LETO WITH NO FUCKING SHIRT ON!!!!!!!!!

The scene with the bondage thing. I don't know if I would be comfortable with that if it was me down on all four. I mean 1) I would be in good (beautiful) hands, but the whole bondage thing is so scary. I don't know how to explaine it...

Have you ever drooled over a picture of Jared's bare stomach? If you haven't something is seriously wrong with you - even you you are a streight guy. This is what girls want by the way. Mucles and no gross chest hair.

This song cracks me up every time! Just thought I needed a good laugh after two days of tests. It's Tre Cool (drummer of Green Day - and shame on you if you didn't know that) who's singing.

Between The Machine

Cool new band I heard. I think you should check them out. Great music that won't disapoint you :)

Here is what they write about them selves on their facebook page:

About:

Our music can be called many things, some will call it Alternative Rock, Post Grunge, others call it Punk Rock, Emo Rock, etc. We call it ROCK. We get our inspiration from bands like Hoobastank and Foo Fighters, etc..
Biografi
Between the Machine is the definition of a garage rock band!

The story begins on a cold december evening in 2008 in a damp basement with drummer Anders and guitarist Thomas. The damp basement walls and lack of light, gave plenty of inspiration for the two musicians.

The music was inspired by Nickelback, Staind and a hint of 80's cool guitar licks. A lot of songs was created, recorded, and last ...but not least, a lot of good music was played .

The day came when they had to say goodbye to their beloved cold and dark basement, but simultaneously say hello to an old garage near Holbaek.

The garage was quickly rebuilt and equipped for rehearsal room/studio, where all their dreams was to be unfold.

Shortly after they found out that, to develop this band they needed new and more power.
Thus, the tentative steps were taken towards what today is Between The Machine.

Here the magic begins to unfold when Rasmus the bassist and the singer Peter completes the band.
Thomas had known Rasmus and Peter from the past when he actually taught the two boys in how music should played. Here a friendship quickly was built up, and it was only natural that the students now should play along with their teacher.
After trying several styles of music playing songs from Breaking Benjamin, Fall Out Boy, Goldfinger, Foo Fighters, Hoobastank and many others, they decided to become a Hoobastank Jam.

After 1 ½ years of cover songs, the band agreed that, it was time to create their own material.
Creativity must just layed there and waited for the real environment to unfold, and not before long there were 10 songs finished.

Soon gigs ware planned and from the end of september and rest of the year 2011, they played seven gigs at some of
Copenhagen's coolest venues.

The Music: The music is inspired by Hoobastank, Foo Fighters, 30 Seconds to Mars, spiced up with a guitarriffs that belongs in the 80s heavy period.

We believe that music in 2012, lacks the cool guitar solos, the tight beats, a bass you can feel in your chest, and a vocal where you have no other choice, than just feel the energy flow through one and let yourself be carried away in an ecstasy of joy and self satisfaction.

The lyrics are writen by all of us, and is inspired by various themes such as "This time it's me" that's about, how you own feelings have been set aside, but now it is time to think about yourself and show them who you are. "When two Became three", which deals with a family increase, the anxiety, panic and the joy it can bring.
"The pain is moving on", dealing with the inner psychological struggle that can occur in any persons mind, and never completely disappear.

Between the Machine's biggest strength is that we stand by what we play. Our honesty and sincerity, mixed with a humility that you only get by remembering that, that everything does'nt have to be mainstream, but it's about expression and emotion in the music and how it conveys to the audience.

Members:
Vocal - Peter Hansen
Bassist - Rasmus Rasmussen
Drums- Anders Petersen
Guitar - Thomas Winther

The band's interests:
MUSIK

Artists we like:
Dream Theater, Fall Out Boy, RED, Green Day, Linkin Park osv.

The band is from Denmark, so I'm a bit proud (haha not really, but it's kinda cool I think).

Top 50 (last 25)

Pew. I almost forgot to post this. I was watching The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and couldn't stop. Haha, that shit is just too hilarious :D

Okay so on with the list. I precent to you, the last 25 songs of my top 50 (of yesterday):

26.       It’s My Life
- Just too catchy not to be on my list

27.       Me Against The World
- Awesome song that kicks ass. Definietly one of my favorite Simple Plan songs.

28.       No One Knows
- I like this song better acoustic, but the studio version is also good. Check out the video too.

29.       I Never Told You What I Do For A Living
- Energetic song and fun to sing along to.

30.       This Song Saved My Life
- Everyone should know this feeling. When a song - no matter what - can make you feel better. Or when a band saves your life because their music is such an insperation. You know, Simple Plan asked their fans to send in lyrics for this song, telling them why they love the band so much, and they made this song out of the fans' words. It it also fans who are singing in the qhoir.

31       Work
- First sing I ever heard by Jimmy Eat World, and I lived it instantly - especially the chorus. It was with one of my dearest friends and we just looked at each other with the same expresion on our faces. That is a really great memory.

32.       Paper Plaines
- Like the original song, but this one is just more mee. It's on the album Punk Goes Pop 3, so there you go.

33       Bohemien Rapsody
- Who doesn't love this song?

34.       Shadow Of The Day
- Also really good live (Road To Revolution)

35.   Say You Like Me
- Awesome music video. Some day I'm gonna learn how to play this on my guitar.

36.   Planetary (GO!)
- I have posters on my wall (from KERRANG) from the shoot of this video.

37.   Alpha Dog
- Imagine a bunch of dancers doing a rutine for this song. I imagine it every time I listen to it.

38.   Brain Stew
- Great flow in Brain Stew, and I like that song better than Jaded. This video is of two song: Brain Stew (the slow part) and Jaded (the fast part in the end).

39.   Stairway To Heaven
- A classic. Also: Foo Fighters did a acoustic version of the song (I think when they just started out, but I'm not sure) and it's so funny because Dave keeps forgetting the lyrics.

40.   Song 2
- It has been said that everyone can make a cover of this song and get out of it pretty well. It's just one of those songs.

41.   Thanks For The Memories
- MONKIES! That's all I have to say.

42.   Under Pressure
- Did you know that it was actually a coincidence that David Bowie was in the recording studio when Queen was about to record this song? Talking about being on the right spot at the right time.

43.   Feel Good
- This song is great to listen to when you sit in the school bus too early in the morning. We The Kings also did a great cover of it.

44.   Young and the useless
- Paper Plaines was the song that got me to listen to This Century, and I just love this song now.

45.   Common People
- First time I heard this song was the cover by My Chemical Romance and I listened to this all summer long last year.

46.   Save Me From Myself
- Carpark North: A Danish band, and this is probably one of their biggest (if not the biggest single). Two years ago I had the chance to see them live, but I couldn't find any tickets :(

47.   Paradise
- Amasing video that maches the song.

48.   Falling
- have enyone seen Misfits? This is Iwan Rheon, the guy who plays Simon.

49.   Dance, Dance
- Sooooo much better than the demo, but of cause, that's meant to be.

50.   crushcrushcrush
- I tried to find this song in a special version - couldn't find it. It was this acoustic/piano, kinda slow version. It's beautiful, but this is good too. And if you think that Hayley Williams is not a good singer try listen to acapella versions of this song, and you will hear that she is a great singer.

So this was my top 50. You can send me your top whatever - it's alway cool to look at that kinda stuff.

Top 50 (first 25)

Yup, this is the one month anniversary (if you wanna call it that) of my blog. I'm surprized I kept going for so long - and I've only missed like two days, and that only because I haven't been home :D

So what I'm gonna do today will be a little different. I'm gonna rewiev 50 of my favorite songs. I can't say that theese songs will always be my favorites, because it changes like everyday... :P
You know that feeling?

I'm gonna give you the first halv of the list today, and the rest tomorrow.

Okay lets start:

1.       Save Yourself I’ll Hold Them Back
- This song is my absolute favorite of the album Danger Days.

2.       Letterbomb
- This is the version from the musical. I actually like this one better than the original (sorry Billie Joe. Please don't hate on me).

3.       Too Much Too Soon
- Also from the musical. Amazing vocals!

4.       We Will Rock You
- A classic. If you don't know this song you've had an awfull childhood.

5.       This Is How I Disappear
- Just an amazing song. Good to sing along to.

6.       Over My Head
- The acoustic version is just better.

7.       Night Of The Hunter
- I never get tired of this song.

8.       Let It Go
- My favorite Cherri Bomb song.

9.       I Am The Walrus
- I keep singing that Koo-koo-ka-choo part, and everybody looks at me like I'm crazy :P

10.   Come Together
- Great lyrics.

11.   Famous Last Words
- One of my favorites from The Black Parade.

12.   Vow Populi
- This song just takes my breath away everytime. I loooove the choir - you really do feel like it's a battle song.

13.   Rooftop
- Just imagine this live. And I mean really live not just some shitty live recording. No, standing in the crowd, jumping up and down, sreaming your heart out with the band and all the other fans.

14.   Crawl
- My favorite song from Only By The Night

15.   Have A Nice Day
- Also an awesome song to sing along to.

16.   007 Is Also Gonna Die
- By the Danish band Nephew. Check it out - it's really cool!

17.   Breaking The Habit
- Also really good live - you know Road To Revolutin.

18.   Raw. Real.
- Yeeeeaaahh!!!!

19.   Sway
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxPEZUa8mCk
- Another song be Nephew. I keep changing my mind between this song and 007 Is Also Gonna Die. I don't know which one is better. Well right now I think it's 007.

20.   Always be
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jrh8BzynqPk
- This song always makes me smile and make me break out in dance (if there's room for it... I don't do it in the bus *caugh caugh*)

21.   Time Bomb
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jtvq-_YaQRo
- This song is easy to get stuck on your mind.

22.   With Me
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8z-qP34-1Y
- I didn't know that my friend liked this band until she looked throug my IPod and started singing this song.

23.   The Middle
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FV-HPOHu8mY
- Listen to the lyrics. They help if you feel down.
